Li Da Daidaihua Weight Loss Supplements

http://lidaloseweight.com/

So, I started a new weight loss supplement that I vlogged about on my youtube channel (www.youtube.com/funkadelik85) called Lida Dali. These pills are a weight loss supplement made of 100% all natural Chinese herbs. The herbs are known to only grow in "Kingdom of Green Vegetation"Yunnan province. A box from the site is $50 which includes free shipping. It comes with 30 capsules (one month supply) and you take one every morning after breakfast. It is very VERY important you eat a good breakfast and you eat lunch and dinner. If you skip meals, the pills will have nothing in your body to break it down which helps you lose weight. Of course, some type of work out is required. For me, I walk, nothing too drastic. You also want to drink plenty of water (as you should normally do to remain healthy from the inside out) and eat more fruit than normal. It is also recommended you don't drink alcohol while taking the pill as it may neutralize the effect it has on your weight loss process....

OK, now that I'm done talking about the pill (any more info you may need or want can be found at the link above) I'm going to talk more about how the supplement pills have affected me. Since I started, I have not had any negative side affects. A few years ago I tried Hydroxicut and Release. They both made me feel weird and I got sick from just a couple days of taking them. With Li Da, I have yet to have that "weird" feeling and I actually forget I'm taking them. I have noticed a decrease in my appetite and not feeling so tired all the time. This weekend, I didnt even think about food and I actually skipped a couple of meals (actually, I think I only ate 2 meals the entire weekend bc my stomach wasnt growling). I've also noticed I'm not as tired as I normally am. I can wake up after only about 4 or 5 hours of sleep and feel completely rested, compared to having to get at least 8 or 9 hours just before taking them. The one negative side effect I have come accross is dry mouth, which is not that big of a deal, I just drink more water. However, at my job, we are going through Annual Enrollment for benefits elections and I am talking more than normal with explaining the benefits, so that could very well play a part in my recent dry mouth, or it could also be contributing to the side affect of taking the pills... Either way, compared to most side affects on other pills, dry mouth is in no way comparable...

I will do a weigh in after 7 days and every week after that. I'm only doing a month right now, and hopefully if I see physical results and feel even better than I do now, will continue.

Keep posted for more updates!

Peace!
